The Prague Chapter of Business Professionals of America presented a $1,354.84 check to the OU Stephenson Cancer Center in Oklahoma City on Wed., Dec. 6.
BPA members chose the Cancer Center as their Service Learning Project this year. The students provided collection jars to teachers at each school campus for a two week period, collecting "Change for Change."
"All of our students, from Pre-K through High School, rallied and surpassed expectations. It was a moving experience for the BPA students to tour the facility and to be able to make a difference in the comfort care of current patients through the donation," said BPA Advisor, Stephanie Greenlee.
