Summer Reading Program kicks off tomorrow, Tuesday, June 10, 8:30-10:30. Pick up and drop offs are at the elementary. See you there!

Attention Parents/Guardians:
If you have any prescription medication or over the counter medication at the schools for your students, please pick up these medications by Friday, May 16th. Anything left after this date will be discarded. The school cannot store medications over the summer so please pick up any inhalers, epi-pens, ADHD meds, etc., or they will be thrown out. Thank you and have a wonderful summer break.

We could not be more proud of Mrs. Freeze! She was nominated by her peers at the ECC and won through campus voting as this year's 2024-2025 Teacher of the Year. Each campus does the same process for their own staff. The winners are then in the running for the District Teacher of the Year. That person is chosen by former Teachers of the Year, and it must be an incredibly hard choice every year because of the quality of folks who earn this award on their campuses. It's truly an honor to be selected by your peers at each level, and we want to say congratulations to all the teachers who were honored last night. Prague Schools are truly blessed by the work each one does for our students. Now that Mrs. Freeze was chosen as District Teacher of the Year, she will go on to the next level for State Teacher of the Year. We wish her the best of luck!

Happy National Nurses Day to Nurse Hankins on Tuesday, May 6! Thank you for all you do!!

The ECC would like to invite parents to treat your child's teachers and paras the week of May 5-9 for Teacher Appreciation Week!

Attention Parents:
The Caring Van will be at Prague Schools on Monday, May 5th starting at 9:30am. They will be giving immunizations to any student that needs them. Notes were sent home with current students (6th grade and under) that are missing vaccines. If you would prefer to fill out an exemption, they are online at https://imm-public.osdh.immytech.com/
If you fill out an online exemption, please be sure to send a copy of the approved form to the school.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Nurse Hankins: khankins@prague.k12.ok.us

Parents,
Since we are having school tomorrow, we will plan to have our Valentine's Day parties at 1:30, and parent conferences will be held as scheduled Thursday evening. Please remember there is no school on Friday, February 14, or on Monday, February 17.

Red Devil Families,
Due to expected precipitation and temperatures near freezing, road conditions are likely to be icy. For the safety of our students and staff, school will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, February 12, 2024.
However, Parent-Teacher Conferences will still take place as scheduled tonight.
This is our last built-in weather day for the school year. Moving forward, any additional weather-related closures will result in virtual learning days. More details on virtual learning expectations will be provided if needed.
