Well done, leaders! Your help in welcoming our students to school and in leading our Rise and Shine activities is extremely necessary! Thank you, Blakely Case, Rosalie Friend, Mariah Ryerson, and Hexton Cleveland for rising to the challenge!
Parents, we are working with our leaders on understanding the responsibility of moral excellence and integrity in leadership. Please visit with your sons and daughters about the characteristics of stellar leadership! Every student at Prague Elementary will be called upon to be a shining example and given an opportunity to lead others throughout the year. I love the support of our Prague community! Thank you!

Morning drop off procedures for Prague Elementary and ECC students:
1. Students eating breakfast may be dropped off at the community center between 7:45-8:05.
2. Parents walking ECC students to the door should park in the parking lot across the street (to the south).
3. Please do not park in the circle drive of either school site or in the street near the circle drive.
4. Please allow one car attempting to turn left into the circle drive to go ahead of you when it is your turn to turn right into the circle drive.

Stellar leadership this morning, team! Thank you, Jace Gaskill, Wyatt VanZant, Hayes McKee, Rylie Bigbie, and Paisley Cottman, for helping with our Rise and Shine activities! Rise and Shine leaders need to be excellent readers and very brave. All of our 5th grade student leaders are knocking it out of the ballpark!

Every morning, our fifth-grade student leaders arrive early and are responsible for putting on a "Prague Student Leader" lanyard. They are also responsible for putting the lanyard in a drawer at the end of their morning service of greeting students and leading Rise and Shine. This morning, I happened to open the drawer, and this is what I discovered: all lanyards neatly arranged for easy access! Now, that's admirable leadership!
Incidentally, all 2nd-5th grade students will be given an opportunity at some point throughput the year to step into their divinely appointed call for leadership and serve as a student leader in training!

These are our unsung heroes! All summer long, they lifted and scraped and scoured and moved furniture and painted and gathered trash and hauled trash away and moved furniture and painted some more and moved furniture into rooms and moved furniture out of rooms. They rush in like the cavalry and attack each challenge with a spring in their step and a laugh on their lips. They are strong and positive, and they our friends! We appreciate this task force very much and recognize their talents indeed!

The First Days of School at Prague Elementary are filled with deepening connections, establishing routine, and above all, fostering a child's natural love for learning!

Working on communication and team building in Mrs. Engle's third grade class! Only the student that was blindfolded could touch the puzzle pieces.

Thank you Wyatt VanZant, Blakely Case, Maryiah Mlynek, Case Gaskill, and Jovi Wopsle, for leading Rise and Shine! You are very brave and you NAILED it!

Welcoming students to Prague Elementary like ROCK STARS!

ECC Parents,
Just a reminder that beginning Monday, August 14, if you walk your children up to the building, after your kiss and hug, please allow them to walk to their classroom on their own so they can begin learning their classroom procedures and routines to start the day.

The elementary was all about
procedures, procedures, procedures today and a WHOLE lot of fun! That winning combination sure makes for an excellent learning environment!

Excellent job leading Rise and Shine this morning, Paisley Cottman, Rosalie Friend, Jhett Smith, and Kasen Engle! These students bravely led our elementary school in a variety of morning exercises which include the pledge to the American Flag and the Oklahoma Flag as well as reciting our school creed and our student creed. You all are ROCK STARS!
