Thursday, August 3rd: Seniors 9:00 - 11:30 Juniors 1:00 - 3:30 Freshman Orientation at 6:00 at the High School Gym (Freshman can pickup schedules and textbooks during this time also) Friday, August 4th: Sophomores 9:00 - 11:00 Freshman 1:00 - 3:30 (if they did not pick them up during orientation)

Attention Middle and High School Parents: This is just a reminder that if your student is in band, athletics or cheer in grades 6th through 12 they will need a physical on file. Physicals are available at no cost to you through the Prague clinic. If your student is parking on campus or involved in any extra curricular activities such as Ag or E sports, they will need a drug test consent form on file. You will find this form and all other forms on Rank One. If you are new to Prague Schools, you will not be able to sign any forms until that student is uploaded to Rank One. Welcome JJ Spears to Prague Public Schools! She is the secretary at Prague High School and we are excited to have her on our team. Mrs. Spears has been getting ready for the upcoming school year and is ready to meet all of the students and staff! "I have been in the Insurance world for 10+ years so this transition was a big one for my family and myself. Being the High School Secretary is the switch we have been waiting for. I have so enjoyed meeting the district staff/teachers and cannot wait to continue building those relationships. What I am most excited about is getting to watch each child grow through this district and I cannot wait to see how each student succeeds! STUCO PARKING LOT FUNDRAISER August 1-18 Seniors have first pick starting August 1-4. Students must contact Mrs. Camren via email acamren@prague.k12.ok.us. MONEY IS DUE BEFORE painting can begin. Students can drop off money in HS office to Mrs. Spears August 5-18 parking spot reservations open for the remaining student body. Same instruction as listed above. Prices: Row A $50 Row B $40 Row C $40 Row D-G $30 Include the following in your email: -Name/grade/vehicle description -Row and spot number: Ex. A1 or B5 -If you plan to paint your spot, send a picture or specify what wording you plan to use. All designs must be approved by Mrs. Camren or Mrs. Fleak.

Enrollment assistance will be available for those who still need to enroll their students for the '23-'24 school year. Tuesday, August 1st from 4:00 - 6:00. Wednesday, August 2nd from 11:00 - 1:00 and again from 4:00 - 6:00. Thursday, August 3rd from 11:00 - 1:00. We will have a staff member there to help and computers available to those who need them. High School Students: If you did not return your laptop, charger, case or textbook(s) from last school year. Please, bring them with you when you pick up schedules on August 3rd & 4th. Welcome to Prague our new Head Wrestling Coach Zac Taylor! Although our wrestling program is only a few years old, we have amazing student athletes in our wrestling program. Coach Taylor is excited to keep growing the sport of wrestling growing in Prague and teach at Prague Schools. Coach Taylor is a member of USA Wrestling, a First Tee Board Member, and a mentor and volunteer with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Coach Taylor has an executive MBA in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Healthcare from Erivan K. Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA, and a Bachelor degree from the College of Business at the University of Central Oklahoma where he was a varsity wrestler on 2 National Championship teams. Coach Taylor was a medalist at the World School Boy Freestyle Championships losing to eventual Seoul Olympic Bronze medal winner Kim Tae-woo. Thank you to everyone who came out to meet our new principals yesterday, and a special thank you to Trinity and Autumn for the cookies and punch! Also joining our Red Devil Team is Coach Worley! We are excited to have him at Prague High School teaching World History, and he will also assist coaching basketball and baseball. “My name is Keven Worley and I am excited to be a Red Devil. I am married to my beautiful wife, Emily, and we have five great kids (Makayla, Keelie, Avery, Kodie, and Kel). I graduated from “The Oklahoma State University” with a Bachelors in University Studies. I will be teaching World History, coaching 7th/8th grade boys basketball, assistant HS baseball, and assistant HS boys basketball. I am looking forward to meeting all the students and staff. I am also ready to get to work with all my student athletes and be a part of some special Red Devil traditions, while creating some new ones both on and off the court/field. Meet April Briscoe, our new Elementary School Principal on Tuesday, July 25. All of our new principals will be at the Community Center on the 25th from 5:00-6:30 for a meet and greet.
